Consult your mobile service provider for details on specific fees and charges that may apply for you. Your carrier may limit access outside the U.S. Mobile Banking works best on full-featured smart phones though, it is not a requirement.

Online Business Supervisors
From an Internet browser, login to Merchants Business Online Banking . Once signed in to your Online Banking account, click "Manage Users" to enable Business Mobile Banking features for specific users.
Note: You must be enrolled in Online Banking to enroll in Mobile Banking.
Once the company supervisor for your Business Online Banking account has enabled you for Business Mobile, login to Merchants Business Online Banking. Once signed in to your Online Banking account, click “Mobile Banking” and then “Enroll.” Then, download the Merchants Bank Mobile Banking app to your smartphone or tablet and login.
