Chad Woyczik Promoted to Vice President/Deposit Operations Manager

Chad Woyczik has been promoted to Vice President/Deposit Operations Manager at Merchants Bank, according to Sue Savat, Chief Financial Officer.
“Chad’s expertise working with our customers and systems over the last 20 years makes him the perfect fit for this new role. His firsthand knowledge will be beneficial as he works with our Deposit Operations team to continue to position us for growth, improve behind-the-scenes processes and create efficiencies that will benefit customers company-wide,” said Savat.
Woyczik joined Merchants Bank in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in St. Charles. In 2004 he transitioned to a role in Electronic Banking before returning to serve customers in person as a CSR in Winona. Since 2007, he has lead Merchants’ Winona-Lakeside location as Branch Officer/Manager. While overseeing operations for the branch, he also assisted customers with account opening for all personal and business products, in addition to mortgage loans and other financing.
“I’m excited for this opportunity to continuing serving our customers in a new way,” shared Woyczik. “No matter our roles at Merchants, everything we do leads back to the customer and I’m looking forward to applying my skills to make an impact across our branches.”
