Click on ENROLL in the login box to the left of your screen.
A convenient way to check balances, initiate mobile deposits, view recent transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, find branch and ATM locations, and more.
Log in to your Merchants Online Banking account. Click “Other Services” then click “Mobile Banking.” You will need to accept the Mobile Banking terms. From here you will be prompted to choose a login ID. Then, enter your mobile phone number and set up a PIN number. You will receive two text messages on your phone with instructions to text “Yes” to complete the enrollment. This text message will also include a URL to access Mobile Banking through your phone’s browser.
Q: What are the requirements for my Mobile Banking login ID?
A: Your login ID will need to be between 2-30 characters in length and can only be letters, numbers, or a combination of the two.
Q: What are the requirements for my Mobile Banking PIN?
A: Your PIN will need to be between 4-14 characters in length and can only be letters, numbers, or a combination of the two
Q. What is the text messaging number for Mobile Banking?
A. The number is 469-228. Hint: Save this number in your contacts for future use.
Q. What is the cutoff time for transfers to be applied to my account for the business day?
A. It is the same as Internet Banking – 6:00 p.m. for internal funds transfers.

Our goal at Merchants Bank is to provide the highest level of security to ensure a secure banking environment for you and your financial information. One of the critical components of a secure banking environment is to provide multiple layers of security. We have introduced yet another layer of security called out-of-band-authentication (OOBA). OOBA has been enacted for certain online transactions.
As a result of this new security level, Business Online Banking users will be required to enter a One Time Security Code to authenticate certain online transactions, such as submission of ACH files, while using Merchants Business Online Banking.
What is One Time Security Code?
One Time Security Code is a time sensitive, single-use random 6-digit number that can only be used once. When you perform specific types of transactions, such as submission of ACH files, a One Time Security Code will be required to complete the transaction.
You may request the Security Code be delivered in the following ways:
- an automated voice call back
- SMS text message
After receiving the Security Code you must enter the Code into your Online Banking page before the transaction can be completed. The transaction will be completed only if the Code is correct.
