If you have questions about Merchants Bank Mobile Banking you've come to the right place. Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions.

Follow these steps to enroll:

  1. Login to your Merchants Bank Online Banking account.
  2. Click “Mobile Banking.”
  3. You will need to accept the Mobile Banking terms by checking the box next to "I accept the disclaimer" and then clicking “Submit.”
  4. Choose a login ID.
  5. Enter your Mobile phone number.
  6. Set up your PIN.

You will receive two text messages on your phone with instructions to text “Yes” to complete the enrollment. Then, download (for Android or Apple ) the Merchants Bank Mobile app and login.

Your login ID will need to be between 2-30 characters in length and can only contain letters, numbers or a combination of both.

Your PIN will need to be between 4-14 characters in length and can contain letters, numbers, special characters, or a combination of all three.

You can disable Mobile Banking by texting Stop or by logging into your Online Banking account , clicking “Mobile Banking.” From here you will be able to select “Un-enroll.”

Mobile deposit follows the same funds availability guidelines as in-person deposits:
  • Deposit before 6 p.m., funds are available (and appear in Online Banking) the next business day. For example, if you deposit a check on Monday at 4:15 p.m., you can access your funds on Tuesday.
  • Deposit after 6 p.m., funds process (and appear in Online Banking) the next business day and are available following business day. For example, if you deposit a check on Monday at 6:15 p.m., you can access your funds on Wednesday.
Keep in mind that Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Using mobile deposit on a Friday will delay how soon you can access your money.
