It’s time to easily manage your debit cards with our Debit Cards module in Online & Mobile Banking. If you’re a personal debit card customer, you can set up custom controls in just a few steps to help spot fraud and keep your card more secure.
 

Your Guide to Set Up

Look for the Debit Card option in the menu either at the top or bottom of your screen or mobile device. Once you tap in, you can follow the prompts to enter your debit card information. You will be able to enter any personal debit card associated with your personal Merchants Bank accounts.

From there, you’ll want to review and set up preferences for:

• Spending limits and insights
• Transaction enrichment for more data on in-person purchases
• How you’d like to be contacted

Manage & Protect Your Cards

Debit Cards offers you the ability to control your debit cards and customize the types of transactions allowed based on your specific preferences. It can even help you identify potential fraud by using transactions alerts and prevent it by turning your card “off.”

Make sure to familiarize yourself with all the features, including:

• How to turn your personal debit card(s) "on" and "off"
• Setting alerts and denying transactions based on dollar amounts, locations, store types and more
• Tracking transactions and setting spending limits for other family members on your account with debit cards
• Receiving automatic notifications about possible fraud
• The option to enable a transaction enrichment, which provides enhanced data on in-person purchases you make
