A vacant lot loan is ideal if you want to secure a building site but aren't ready to start construction immediately. Our lot loans provide up to 90% loan-to-value financing, giving you the flexibility you need when financing a project in the distant future.
With Merchants' 10% down program, you can finance up to a 40-acre lot size. Larger parcels may be allowed with larger down payments.
