Being a community leader is an important part of our mission. Our local team is proud to coordinate the 10 Days of Giving food drive, an annual community collaboration between Merchants Bank in Cottage Grove, Friends in Need Food Shelf and and Open Cupboard (formerly known as CCEFS) to help stock local food shelves each winter, December 1-10. Since 2008, the drive has collected thousands of pounds of food and helped thousands of people in the area.

Our History
Cottage Grove joined the Merchants Bank family in 2000 as part of the Hampton Banks acquisition, which included locations in Apple Valley, Cottage Grove, Hastings and former Hampton branch.
