Our Rochester locations are guided by our local President and Community Advisory Board, made up of local community members and business professionals.

Community Involvement
Being a community leader is who we are. Our team volunteers thousands of hours each year in leadership and education roles in addition to local events.
We are proud to be the Presenting Sponsor, since inception, for the annual Rochester Economic Summit hosted by the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce. This is a signature event for business leaders in Rochester and surrounding communities.
Our local team is also proud to coordinate the 10 Days of Giving food drive, an annual community collaboration between Merchants Bank in Rochester and Channel One Food Bank to help stock local food shelves each winter, December 1-10.
Our History
Rochester joined the Merchants Bank family in 1999 when the Bank acquired the Green Meadows location from TCF. The second Rochester location, known as Rochester-Northwest, was built in 2002.
