Erika Schorbahn Joins Merchants Bank as Director of Marketing

Erika Schorbahn has joined Merchants Bank as VP/Director of Marketing according to Andrew Guzzo, Chief Banking Officer & President-Winona.
“I am delighted to have Erika join our Marketing team to continue growing the Merchants Bank brand,” said Guzzo. “Her skill set in sales, customer experience and leadership – all gained during her tenure in banking – will help Merchants enhance our presence across our footprint.”
Schorbahn brings more than 20 years of bank leadership experience to Merchants, including expertise in marketing and community engagement strategies, business development programs, customer experience practices and metrics. She spent much of her career at regional banks, including Associated Bank and Bank Mutual. Most recently she held the role of Vice President – Altoona and Eau Claire, WI Offices at Westconsin Credit Union.

Schorbahn is from the Eau Claire, WI area and active community member. Most recently she served as Chair for the Marshfield Medical Center Advisory Board until 2023 and was a member of the Chippewa Valley Technical College Financial Literacy Steering Committee. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, outdoor activities, and travel.
