Have You Been In Our NEW Online Banking System?
You may be aware that we recently migrated to a new Online & Mobile Banking system. Have you logged in to see the sleek new look and take advantage of the new features?
Some Highlights Include:
- Track account activity with customizable alerts that can be pushed to your email or cellphone
- Check your estimated credit score and monitor credit inquiries
- Send secure messages to Electronic Banking
- Submit a secure travel notification to make sure your cards work while you’re out of town
Need to Know How to Get Logged In?
- Go to your usual place to get logged in: www.merchantsbank.com or use the Merchants Bank mobile banking app.
Use your current login credentials. Follow the prompts provided to update your personal information. It may be helpful to have a copy of your most recent statement or your checkbook to reference.
You will need your phone (cellphone or landline) next to you to verify your identity with a two-factor authentication process.a. “Two-Factor Authentication” is an enhanced security feature that confirms your identity through a code sent to your mobile device, phone call or personal security questions when you log in for the first time from a new device.
What Information Will Migrate:
- Your login credentials
- Bill pay payees
- Merchants Bank accounts set up for transfers and scheduled transfers involving these accounts
What You Will Want to Set Up in the New System:
- Account alerts
- Your account nicknames
- External linked accounts (non-Merchants Bank accounts)
- Spending (Personal Financial Management) – This was Manage My Money in the old system.

Sunday, August 23: "Come From Away" - Orpheum Theatre, Minneapolis, MN and Weiderholt’s Supper Club, Miesville, MN - POSTPONED
Travel with Events and Adventures on Sunday, August 23 as we venture to the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis for the show considered a Best Musical all across North America! Broadway’s “Come From Away” is a New York Times’ critics’ pick that takes you into the heart of the remarkable true story of 7,000 stranded passengers and the small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them on September 12, 2001. Cultures clashed and nerves ran high, but uneasiness turned into trust, music soared into the night, and gratitude grew into enduring friendships.
Following the show, we will be stopping for dinner at one of our favorite establishments – Weiderholt’s Supper Club in Miesville!
Customer cost for this trip is $108/person, and non-customer cost is $118/person. The cost includes coach transportation, ticket to the performance, dinner at Weiderholt’s (tax and gratuity included,) refreshments on the bus, and a tip for the driver. Deadline to sign up and pay for this fantastic trip is April 13, 2020. This trip is currently full - call to add your name to the waiting list.
Saturday, September 19: “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” – Fireside Dinner Theatre, Fort Atkinson, WI
On Saturday, September 19, Events and Adventures is returning to one of our favorite locations to see one of our most popular shows! Join us as we head to the Fireside Dinner Theatre in Fort Atkinson, WI to see a matinee performance of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”
This telling of the biblical story of Joseph and his brothers is filled with fantastic music, amazing costumes, and an abundance of laughter, joy, and heart. Utilizing many different styles of music from pop/rock to country to musical comedy, this sparkling show follows young Joseph as he faces adversity and triumphs through his dreams and his strong, unwavering faith.
Customer cost for this amazing trip is $113/person. Non-customer cost is $123/person, and if you have eStatements with us, your cost is $108/person. The cost includes coach transportation, lunch and performance at the Fireside Dinner Theatre, refreshments on the bus, and a tip for the driver. Deadline to sign up and pay for this trip is August 14, 2020.
Saturday, October 17: Home Free “Dive Bar Saints” World Tour – Crystal Grand Theatre, Wisconsin Dells, WI and Driftless Glen Distillery Tour – Baraboo, WI

Looking for something new? Look no further than this trip! Events and Adventures is heading to the Crystal Grand Theatre in Wisconsin Dells on Saturday, October 17 to catch the a capella group “Home Free.” Be prepared to be amazed by five individuals who take making music to a whole new level, and seeing them in person is a one-of-a kind experience!
Before heading to the concert, we will be stopping at Driftless Glen Distillery in Baraboo, WI for a tour of where they store and age their bourbon and rye whiskey, as well as a walk-through of their production facility and a sampling of their 5 Driftless Glen Spirits. Between the distillery and the concert, we will be stopping for dinner at Pizza Ranch in Wisconsin Dells.
Customer cost for this full day of music and fun is $91/person. Non-customer cost is $98/person, and if you have a Certificate of Deposit with us, your cost is $86/person. The cost includes coach transportation, admission, tour, and sampling at Driftless Glen Distillery, ticket to “Home Free” concert, and refreshments on the return trip, and a tip for the driver. Dinner is not included in this trip. Deadline to sign up and pay for this trip is Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
