Merchants Bank is committed to protecting your privacy.
Our servers collect standard non-identifying information about visits to the site, such as date and time visited, geolocation, city, state and county. This information is used to compile standard statistics on site usage. We may also collect identifying information about you, such as IP addresses assigned to you, user information from online services and demographic or interest-based data, in order to personalize your experience on our site and present you with other relevant advertising material.
Our Card Apps periodically collect, transmit and use geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts, but only if the End User expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the Card App is being used, or not at all, depending on the End User's selection. End Users may change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.
